Morris Station

Toured this place a few weeks ago and the first thing I noticed was how cramped everything felt. There was literally no living room and the pictures online show so much more space. So typical. Also, the pricing is absolutely ridiculous. Having to pay an extra $30 a month because you're not on the road is the definition of GREED and should be illegal. I really hope nobody signs here and this place goes out of business. Total frauds. Update: If thats really your response then you totally proved my point. Our tour guide literally states that the more interior townhome was $30 more because it was not right by the road. Also, viewing something on a screen is never the same as viewing it in person. This review was TOTALLY FOR YOU!

The maintenance team, specifically Marcos and his son Marcos Jr, are absolutely awesome. They have helped me out multiple times, doing great work, quickly, and being extremely kind in the process. I recommend living at Morris Station and a large part of that is due to their maintenance team being incredibly attentive and friendly.

Long overdue review and appreciation for the protperty management (Jonathan) and maintenance team (Jose and Marcos) at Morris Station. They came and addressed our A/c issue right away on a late afternoon on a Saturday a few weeks back in the middle of a heat wave and even brought a portable A/c for our use when it couldn't be fixed right away. Marcos our maintenance guy has always been super responsive and efficient and came by to check in on the following Monday. 👍👍👍

My wife and I lived in this beautiful apartment for about six months before purchasing our new home. The property manager, Jonathan, and the maintenance team were always friendly, responsive, and professional. The neighbors were kind and welcoming, making our experience even better. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a great place to live!
