Please do not make the mistake of using Morin Real Estate. My parents recently sold their house with Morin. It was a disaster!!! It was hard to tell if their agent, Terry, was incompetent or shady. She made so many mistakes. I promise you that you would do better on your own than having her assist you in buying or selling. The sale of my parents house ended with about $25,000 of their money being tied up in an escrow account, which they will never see. Terry encouraged my parents not to use a lawyer at closing, because she could handle it. She scared my parents into moving faster than they felt comfortable with. She made promises to the buyers via email behind my parents back, without them being aware these promises were being made. As for the house they bought, this was just as bad. She s
