I think its time for MP to help there Disabled and Seniors out more there is a better way of working out parking i rent a garage to keep wifes car in i park in handicap sometimes the placard falls of mirror it happen to me once and fell in seai can t towed my car cost 230 dollars MP would not help out sometimes placard fall off or some forget to put it up easy solution if you all think about it but know here again we get treated like third rate paying customers her i have one leg towed my car and the placard fell on drivers seat instead towed away car that is how MP treats there Disabled and seniors.i feel discriminated against pay to have a sticker put on still not enough there is a easy fix in the money is more important t hanks

Sheryl is our neighborhood's property manager and she is great! She always responds quickly and she guides us as we navigate our HOA duties. She's enjoyable to be around too. So lucky we have her to watch over our neighborhood.

Moved in recently and bad experience since day one, paying about $1900 close to 2000 in rent and its like living in the projects smh. first I paid a fee for the apartment to be inspected and whoever passed it needs to be fired. Nothing was clean, floors stained with paint and compound, cabinets are old and dirty, I've had no heat coming to my room the first 12 days living here , basically still lil to no air flow in my room. A draft coming in from somewhere. And a Leak in my kitchen sink. Still have a list of whats wrong with this over priced place, but im stuck for the year.

I spoke with Sheryl at Morgan Property Management today and was so impressed with the great service provided that I had to take the time to publicly say so. I was able to speak with her (no machine) and received a resolution immediately. Thank You for the 5 Star Service provided!!

I've had to spend way too much time trying to correct incorrect statements. They instructed me to obtain bank statements costing me more than $100. When the bank statements proved their statements were incorrect they blamed it on the software and refused to pay for the bank statements. I do not recommend this management company for any HOA.
