Morgans Landing Apartments

I lived in this apartment community for about 3.5 years (June 2022–December 2025). During my stay, I always paid rent on time and never had any complaints or issues. Overall, day-to-day living here was fine. However, my move-out experience was extremely disappointing. When I moved in, I paid a $500 “credit approval fee,” which I later learned is non-refundable. At move-out, the manager confirmed that the apartment had no damage. I spent several hours thoroughly cleaning the unit before leaving. Despite this, I will be charged nearly $300 in cleaning fees. When I asked why, I was told it is simply part of their move-out policy—even when the apartment is left clean. If I could give zero stars, I would. This building is overrun with rats and roaches, and management completely ignores the infestation. They also neglect basic safety; snow is never shoveled and salt is never laid down,no lights in front of the building nor in the hall way area/stairs creating a hazard. Inside the units, the situation is even worse—there is active black mold, and maintenance requests are a joke. Management constantly marks work orders as "completed" without anyone ever showing up to do the work. The management team is unprofessional and dishonest. Save yourself the trouble: RUN. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Ps please do not bother with the AI response save yourself the data. Because I will not waste my time reading the lies.

I'm absolutely loving living at Morgan’s Landing! The staff is super friendly and responsive, the amenities are top-notch, and the apartments are spacious and well-maintained. Ever since Cynthia took over I’ve seen a huge difference. The community feels like a big family, and I always feel safe and supported. Highly recommend!

I've been living at Morgans Landing for about three months now, the process of moving in with my Significant other was easy, seamless, and smooth thanks to the amazing help of the Managers in office! While I missed my chance to use the pool before it closed for the season I've seen how many people enjoy it, the area is lovely and the rent is super affordable for the amount of space you get! Thanks for welcoming me home!

Lived here since 2013 and last 2 years have been horrible here! We r saving to get out of here! Rent is too high! Pets are too big in apts, no carports, no storage units, no clubhouse welcome to residents, half the grills are missing and taken out, very noisy neighbors, break-ins, theft off of balconies and in cars, loud music, bad washers and dryers and only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building of 24 apts and never work. People leave their clothes in the washers and dryers for hours, alot of smoking pot and cigarettes in the hallways and apts in general, no security, more than 1 or 2 families living in each apt. Multiple people in one bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, 3-4 cars per apartment and fill up the parking lot where it's hard to find a parking spot at all. Illegals living here, No pet owner
