The whole office staff was amazing throughout my stay at Avery Park. Thanks for always being pleasant and willing to help!! Fabulous customer service!!! However I moved out of the apartment complex on June 19th and that's when I knew I made the right decision to move out. I can't believe they charged me over $300+ for the carpet. I was told that the carpet was destroyed with a rip and stains in it. I cleaned the apartment very meticulously. Any damage to the carpet is NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR!!!!!!! The weather strip in the front door was damaged when I moved in and I had to put a piece of tape across it to keep it from raising, they charged me $75 for that! They also charge you for gas. Even though you are required to have Washington & Gas. They charge for sewer and they charge separately

I am not happy with Morgan properties after renting from them for over five years at different locations and this being one of them, never paid rent late and left every place without any issues. Currently living in one of the properties and tried to transfer to another one of Morgan properties after being told they have a smooth move program. Office stated needed an inspection to make sure everything was good to transfer. After inspection I was told everything looked great and then had to pay the application fees of 100 dollars. Due to some credit hiccups in the past year related to a death in the family and traveling back and forth home we were rejected for the move, this had nothing to do with rental history with Morgan properties and needless to say they keep the 100 dollar application

If you like not getting notified when they're going to come in your apartment to do work, if you enjoy walking in the door to the building and squeezing past 8 to 10 people that are loitering in the stairwell smoking pot, if you enjoy the loud music at all hours of the night, if you enjoy calling the office to complain just to get "sorry- nothing ever gets done, if you enjoy walking thru numerous piles of dog crap, if you enjoy turning on the kitchen light with a can of roach spray to kill the dozen or more roaches every morning. If you like your apartment being flooded every year and many other perks this place has to offer then this place is for you. They just showed up this morning no notice while I was eating breakfast to tear up the bathroom plumbing and the access panel in my bedroo

We lived in Glen Ridge Apartments for 5 years. We experienced bed bugs, roaches, a neighbor who threw up on our door and in the hallway. He would beat on our door screaming at 3am. We complained constantly to no avail. The neighbors downstairs would fight every night . Many neighbors complained but they brought us in to discuss the noise our dog made jumping off the bed onto the carpet. Morgan Properties suggested we put pillows around the bed to muffle the noise but never addressed the 2 young men who fought constantly! Then I went to make coffee one morning and my coffee maker was full of roaches. That was the last straw. We left , slept in our car for a couple weeks til we found a place.

I moved into this property over a year and a half ago. Since that time, I have contacted maintenance for countless issues such as bugs, water leaks, water stoppages, standing water, and recently my kitchen light cover fell off the ceiling and broke into multiple pieces across the floor with standing water from an unidentified place. For this most recent issue I called the emergency maintenance line last night and he told me he would come in the morning. It is now 1:38p and I’ve called the office 4 times and no one has come to address this safety issue. I have been nothing but disappointed since I’ve moved here. I could write for much longer but this company is a slumlord. They are dishonest and have no integrity. They frequently falsely file tickets and mark tickets complete when they have
