My family lived here for a couple of years when I was a young child (my dad was getting very low pay at that time). There might have been some people "scamming the government" but most of the people I remember were quite poor, and a number quite elderly (some veterans). Maybe things have changed since then... Thankfully God provided a much better job opportunities for my dad and we never had to do that again.
