Moravia Park Apartments

I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone. This complex has a serious RODENT and ROACH infestation that was never addressed, despite multiple calls and complaints. The leasing office, especially Sabrina Phillips (the leasing manager), was consistently unhelpful and downright rude anytime I sought assistance. My unit had repeated roof leaks, and nothing was ever properly fixed. The hallways constantly smell like mildew, which makes the entire building feel dirty and unlivable. Save yourself the stress, do not move here. The management does not care about their tenants or the condition of the property. Absolute worst place I’ve ever lived.

Unprofessional ! This will be my final year living at this place I can’t deal with it anymore. I reported a rodent issue to Sabrina Phillips multiple times via email something that I never had to do before because everything was fine until the neighbors moved in. It took her months to respond and to actually come in and inspect the building and apartments. My apartment was and is always clean and this woman came into my house (I wasn’t there) skipped over the issue I reported and directed herself to a cat bowl with two little pieces of cat food next to it that my cat accidentally spilled. This woman then says my house wasn’t “ up to par” BECAUSE OF THE TWO PIECES OF CAT FOOD ! She was so worried about the damn cat she forgot what she was initially coming in for. It was completed the same day I requested. Tony always does a great job. The leasing office staff is nice. However, I've been living here for ten years. Rats have eaten the wires in my car twice. Costing me over 1k. Some apartments need updating. I still have the original cabinets and light fixtures.

UPDATE: I have resided in this apartment community for several years and I have watched it decline. The rental office staff has changed at least five times since I've been here. When I first moved here we had security cameras on each building now there are none. There have been car break ins in the past couple of months. Some of the parking lots are not well lit late at night. The parking is horrible. Sometimes you have to park on the opposite side of the street than your apartment complex. The walls and flooring are paper thin, it's like your neighbors are in the next room beside you. You can hear every time your neighbors take a shower and or flush the to.its so loud it wakes you up out of your sleep and or you have to turn the tv up loud to drown out the noise. They have very bad service maintenance buildings also very old and no light it’s been five hours no body send for fixing.windows flying in wind.poor service We have no electricity today tey are killing us it’s hot weather no body send electrician.
