Moran Inspection

Shawn is phenomenal at what he does. My wife and I were in need of an inspector for pre-inspection of a home and Shawn came through on short notice over a weekend. Not only was he a pleasure to work with, he has the experience and attention to detail to really give you a thorough, quality product well-worth the cost. Just hours after our inspection, Shawn sent us a thorough report complete with pictures, instructions, descriptions, and essentially everything we needed to understand in detail the condition of the home and recommendations on how to address each item. The inspection report I received was very thorough, organized and well documented. I especially liked that it was color coded so that I could easily get to critical items quickly. Shawn was both professional and personable. An unexpected bonus was receiving a lifetime subscription to “Home Binder” which looks like a very useful way to store documents related to your home in the cloud - starting with the inspection report. The only box I did not check was “good value” - only because I don’t know what home inspections typically cost, however, I can say that I feel that it was money well spent and I would definitely use Moran Inspection again.
