Moorland Reserve Townhomes

I toured with Jordyn today as part of my role in real estate. I was so impressed with this townhome community. RPM has managed this asset for 30-45 days and what a gem this place is. All 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1,565 square footage and 1.5 car garage. I love how the townhomes overlook the Legends Golf Course and we watched people play golf all day from the balcony. The pool and the pickleball court are icing on the cake. The location between 501 and 31 make it easy to get anywhere.

This is such a great location with stunning views of the golf course from your back porch and deck. The location is quiet and convenient with a great pool and pickleball courts. These are such large townhomes for the price in Myrtle Beach and a perfect spot for families or retirees. Will defintely be referring any friends or family here looking to move to the area!

If I could give this place a 0 I would! I put my faith in this community and took a chance and leave my nice home of over 5yrs to relocate all the way from another state thinking I was coming into a better life for my children and myself! I have been deceived since moving into this place August 28 2025! My apartment had mold crawling down my upstairs bathroom walls! When they fixed it almost a month later molded parts of debree was mixed with the installation in the fan vent that kept falling from than all the way till I knocked most of it out last week so my kids would not get sick! The c2o detectors kept going off all night for a week straight! I was told that there was no maintenance so a lot had to wait. It was dirty with spider webs everywhere! After a little over a year of living at Moorland Reserve, I can confidently say this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had, and I say that as someone who works in property management. The lack of care and upkeep across the community is hard to ignore. The landscaping is neglected…dead palm trees, weeds everywhere, mole cricket trails, brown patch throughout the grass, and mulch that hasn’t been refreshed in a year. The pool area is consistently dirty, with overflowing trash on weekends and bathrooms that are often unusable. Cleanliness there is clearly not a priority. Inside our unit, we’ve dealt with a long list of problems: a flooded HVAC unit that caused mold and damaged personal belongings, falling door handles, separating shower caulking, deteriorating tile gro

Great experience with Moreland Reserve Townhomes! Jordan, the Community Manager, is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents and the community. The property is well-kept and welcoming — I’d definitely recommend living here.
