Best apartment that I have ever lived in! Reasonable price to live in Moorestown. Also…fair and transparent fees, friendly property managers, and an outstanding maintenance team, and a beautiful and well-maintained property. Shout out to Hal on the maintenance staff who recently saw me struggling to free my car from a mound of ice, and stopped everything he was doing to help me get my car free so I could go to work.

Ivan A. came to our apartment today and replaced our old washer and dryer with a brand-new set. He provided outstanding service—quick, efficient, and very friendly throughout the entire process. Anytime we submit a maintenance request, Ivan shows up on time and gets the job done right. He’s reliable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We truly appreciate his consistency and excellent service.

UPDATE: ITS OCTOBER 2025 and bees are still getting my apartment. I can't use the 2nd bedroom and haven't been able to open the windows in 2 months and have to run the air all day. If Western Pest services is still not working then Morgan Properties should honor my request for a rent credit, or offered another apartment. I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T OFFER A RENT CREDIT FOR SOMETHING THEY'RE WORKING ON, so full of crap they are..IT'S NOT WORKING. I CAN'T OPEN THE WINDOWS OR USE MY 2ND BEDROOM with bees all over the floor everyday. THIS IS NOT MY ISSUE, The tons of bees and filthy moldy HVAC closet their issue, they would have never fixed the HVAC closet if the health department didn't show up .MY APARTMENT IS SUPER CLEAN. From the first time I posted this review...I can't emphasive it enough

Moorestown wood apartment is the best apartment building have ever lived in my life, all the maintenance employees are top notch, very decent, dedicated and respectful, Anthony is very knowledgeable, they attend to all maintenance requests swiftly and carry the community along with any major repairs not leaving you guessing. Nicole is very helpful in any area you need her help. Great place to live

The management team is professional, welcoming, and always easy to reach. Communication is smooth, and they make everything simple and stress-free. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate their excellent service - Special shout out to ANGELINA.
