Moore Grocery Lofts

This place is perfect for my little family and I. Location is perfect. Edmond and Kimberly always try to accommodate our needs in a timely manner as best as they can. My favorite thing about this complex is the historical aspect of it. The loft that I live in, is bigger and spacious than an average apartment and that’s a big plus for the rent cost. Rooms and bathrooms and even the laundry rooms inside lofts are spacious. My family and I are cozy in our living space and adore everything about it. Neighbors are friendly.

I have few things I don't like about this place and that is I was working out of town and for whatever reason the maintenance man felt the need to go in my apartment and steal my jewelry, money, etc went to the office and nothing was done. It took several more tenants to complain about missing stuff before he was fired. They don't fix NOTHING my windows are sealed shut and still haven't came to take care of that issue 😡 my blinds, & sink. It's alot but I stay because I haven't found me a place yet!

We've lived here for the last 4 years. We love it here! The apartment manager, Kim, is willing to work with good tenants and no-nonsense with problem residents. The maintenance man, Edmond, is kind and fast as he can be, although he's swamped with work at times. The building we're in has beautiful historic brick, as well.

i absolutely LOVE living here!! The staff and neighbors are wonderful and the location could not be better! You won't find a better place to live for the affordability. The downtown square is a block away providing dining, drinks, and frozen custard!!! They are pet friendly here so your fur babies are welcome too!!

My husband and I have lived here since 2021. We are moving soon, only because we are buying a house. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and the price for the square footage is amazing!! The apartments are really cute and the location is great!! Any time we have needed anything fixed it was done in a timely matter which is saying a lot for one maintenance man for the entire property. The manager, Kim, has always been great to us!! Even going as far as getting all new gym equipment when it finally opened back up after covid. There's free wifi which saves you even more money. There's a little library in the main building, a nice common area, laundromat, and even vending machines.
