This property is not worth your money and if I knew what I was getting into before hand I wouldn’t have jumped into the property it was too good to be true… They don’t work with you and want their money right away it’s no talking to them and everything is done by the book so don’t be late on your rent or she will take you to court quick so i would not recommend to my worst enemies. Truthfully they need to tear the whole house down and rebuild it because it has termites and spiders and centipedes crawling around everywhere. The house is very old and needs repairing the ax unit in the upstairs apartment sounds like it’s about to fall through the ceiling so if you can avoid it don’t rent from them EVER….

DO NOT LEASE, BUY OR RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY...!!! The staff is rude and very unprofessional. HOA only applies to the homeowners who have absolutely no concern for the renters dwelling in the apartment section of this property. When it comes to maintenance and maintaining the apartment home everything is out of pocket, if requested for services to be maintained they will charge you if found at fault, or (just to come out to the location) My move in inspection here was lousy and quick. ( I did my own inspection) and had to call to them back to fix the issues, (delayed response time). I had a roof leak and reported the issue twice, lousy job by the contractor(s) they hired it still leaks during a heavy rainfall. If you're military I highly suggest you look else where. My wife and I understood going into purchasing a home from this company was basically buying a cookie cutter option, and then having to fix some issues within the first year because they rush these and move on. Which is fine. The thing that is irritating, is the terrible and unprofessional-ism and ability to make the most simple things incredibly difficult. The leader of this unmanageable team is Melinda Harrison. She would have been a great officer in the military. Extremely rude, and makes the most simplest tasks stressful and difficult. Her character was so awful, it literally makes me want to sell the house and get away. I would rather hire someone out of pocket than have to deal with her rudeness. This company is not professional at all. The staff members are rude and talk to you as if you are beneath them. Sure, they want their rent on time but please don't have any maintenance issues in your unit because they will drag their feet on getting it fixed which makes you wonder why you are paying rent on time in the first place. Please choose another company to work with.

The man commented on my weight saying that no one wanted to see it. Unprofessional, would never buy a home from this man.
