Thank you Viki for coming out changing my A/C filter. I was so pleased you always go above and beyond to make your residents happy.

Can’t get rid of roaches I have spent over a hundred dollars on bug spray I haven’t seen a bug person since I been here I’m tired of talking to management it’s like talking to a brick wall I’m not use to living with roaches

The new staff are more friendly and not as fake as the last ones. The new manager is great and there have been many gone through the office this year. Only thing i think a memo should be sent out to each tenant saying whos who in the office and also with the maintenance crew. Its not easy keeping up and being single it would be nice knowing who you're allowing in my to your apartment.

These apartments are under new management from when I was here. They are just like any other apartment complex, just with government regulated rent prices.

They are very helpful and try g real hard to help me get a place I can move into
