Jason had to reschedule his appointment to come to my house the night before he was supposed to be there. I get it things happen. No big deal. He comes out two days later and tells me it’ll be a few weeks before he can get me a bid. Two weeks goes by and I email him. No response. I email again a week later. No response. Finally after 4 weeks I give them a call. Lady on the phone tells me Jason is in a meeting and she will get back with me. She calls back a few hours later and informs me Jason has decided to not take on my job. They are too busy. Why didn’t he tell me this before making me wait 4 weeks. I was referred to him and planned on using him. Even told him that when he was there that I wanted to get on the schedule!
