We were assigned temporary housing here due to smoke damage July 7. Thank God only have to be here another month. Windows have no screens. Have requested since day moved in. And 5 times since. No response. Weather is getting nice but forced to use ac 24/7. Had trouble downloading app to pool. Requested twice. Still waiting. My front door not properly sealed. Tiny bugs no problem getting into house Would not recomend. And now has been over 2 months since vacated and still waiting for my 500$ security deposit. ALE says waiting on them would take 30 days. Been 60 guess they cant count.

I had a problem with my heat when the temperature went down to -2. I called the office and left a work order . Within the 1/2 hr . Brett, our maintenance man extraordinaire arrived and got the heat going and provided a space heater until the heat returned to normal. This is the typical response from our maintenance department.

I can say I was satisfied with my time here for the past two years until these past few months that I moved out. I got an invoice for what is owed for the apartment after my security deposit was taken out. Fine I have no problem with that. What I do not like was I was given this invoice with a little over a week to pay it, AND I cannot understand the charges at all. I contacted an outside source per the invoice's instructions if I had any questions. I encountered very rude people that were of no help. So I contacted the main office over a week ago and still have not heard anything back. If I have enough damages to my apartment that sucked up my entire $500 security deposit AND and additional almost $400, I would like to know what they were. I scheduled a tour and when I showed up to the office no one was there. A maintenance staff member ended up showing me around. I later submitted an application and paid the application fees for a rental. I called to follow up on my application and was told that the townhome I applied for was listed in error and was not actually available. I asked if my application fees could be refunded due to the error and the office staff said they would not refund the fees I paid to apply to the unit that was advertised but not actually available. I do not know how this is legal? I never received a refund but ended up moving somewhere with an honest and ethical property management business.
