If you’re thinking about moving into White Oak Apartments in Silver Spring, MD, do yourself a favor and RUN the other way. Living here has been an absolute nightmare from day one. Inside the unit: I genuinely did not feel safe or comfortable in my own home. My apartment was constantly invaded by rats, roaches of every size, and even bedbugs. No matter how much you clean or how careful you are, these issues keep coming back. It feels impossible to live with any sense of peace or hygiene. Management & communication: Calling their office is a complete waste of time. If you’re already a resident, they will NOT answer your calls. Outstanding Service from Chris Cabrera! I had a wonderful experience working with Chris Cabrera at Montgomery White Oaks Apartments. He was extremely patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire leasing process. I truly appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail — he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. Chris made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. His dedication and positive attitude really stood out, and I’m very grateful for his help. I’ve tried calling and adding my name down to on the website’s “contact us” to schedule a tour and never hear back. I was finally able to talk to someone after several attempts and I scheduled a tour. When I got to the complex, there was a note on their leasing office door that the office had closed early that day. No one had informed me prior and when I tried to call back the number the agent called me from, same thing happened. It always sends me to an automated message that has me say my name, number, and reason, and no one ever reaches out to me. I haven’t even seen the apartments, but the constant voicemails I’ve left really discourages me from applying to this apartment complex. It’s apparent how management is run in this apartment complex. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free. He was always quick to respond to my questions, provided clear and helpful information, and showed a level of care that’s rare to find. Kayvon’s friendly attitude and attention to detail made a huge difference, and it’s clear he truly values the residents and takes pride in his work. I I’m living in this community for 3 years now and the administration in the leasing office and maintenance people and also the lady who cleans are so amazing , fast to respond and help with any issues , special thank to Chris in the leasing office for his service, he is fast to help and give assistance with always a smile on his face. It’s warming . I 100 percent recommend this apartment to anyone looking for welcoming home .
