Living at Montgomery Trace Apartments has been such a positive experience! The community is always finding ways to bring residents together, and the recent pool party with vendors was such a fun event. It’s nice to see management put effort into making everyone feel welcome and creating opportunities to connect with neighbors. The vendors they brought in were fantastic—especially Lupita Lil Bites! Their pancake snacks were hands down the highlight of the event. Delicious, unique, and the perfect treat for a summer pool party. Between the friendly atmosphere, thoughtful events, and great amenities, Morgan Chase really goes above and beyond to make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

I lived in the community for almost three years. Jessica and Taylor were always very kind and helpful with everything I needed during that time. Jay, who works in maintenance, was always quick to resolve any issues. The condo is always clean. Because it's a small community, there are always events that the office promotes, which is really cool. The location is great, close to everything you need! Only giving 4 stars because the pest control company is not good.

Taylor was very professional. She went above and beyond by helping me become a Montgomery Trace Resident. Taylor was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Thanks to Taylor, I have a great apartment!!

So my car got towed over Christmas holiday I had a parking pass in my window. My daughter went to the office and we spoke to Jessica. She worked her magic and I got my car back. She is an amazing consultant with a very positive attitude a smile on her face and very well rounded when it comes to her job not only do I give her five stars but if I can give her 10, she deserves it.

Taylor was great! She answered every question we had thoroughly and ensured we were well taken care of. She is very personable and super professional. Beautiful apartment homes in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and act fast because they go quick.
