We rented a home from Montgomery for two years. We only moved because we were able to purchase a home. They were always quick to respond to any service requests. The online portal is super easy to use and make your payments. Anna is amazing and was always my “go-to”. I would definitely choose them again!

Rented from them, upon move out they didn't respond to my request for my deposit back. We left the house in great condition. We didn't even get a letter saying how much they used for repairs. I followed up at least 10 times and they acted like I was bothering them. They said they would follow up but never did. They did have our new address and phone number. They were very unprofessional upon move out. While living there we only called a couple times in 3 years, mostly for air conditioning problems. Very disappointed in the way they conducted themselves upon move out. Sincerely, a military family.

Nice enough guys to work with, but really bad about following up with any concerns I had. UPDATE 13 May 2020: Updating to 4 stars from 2 stars after living in a second house owned by Montgomery. Montgomery now offers rent payment via their website, and also allows you to submit work orders/repair requests this way; this has made getting stuff done faster and more reliable. Haven't had many issues since then. Overall, their team is pretty solid and is very easy to work with, provided you do your part of paying rent on time and keeping the place clean. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from these guys again.

Horrible Customer Service. Leasing Agent hung up on me after asking a question. Unprofessional. Rude. Untrained. Avoid if possible

I initially dropped an application off on Jan 24th, and despite calling daily (sometimes twice) for two weeks, we still have yet to hear back. They supposedly only have a single staff member that handles applications, and he doesn't seem to ever be in the office. Despite being "Move-in ready", on our part, they didn't seem interested in renting their properties. Definitely do not put all of your eggs in their basket if you're hoping to find a rental before a deadline.
