This is one of the worst apartment buildings you can never get any help from the owners or the office and the ones in the office are very rude. I will be filing a complaint with the city. Totally unacceptable making people miss deadlines with paperwork that need to be done by a certain time. Take very long to address apartments issues.

I just wish things would get done in The Monte Vista Apartments I feel like Management isn’t the same I feel like it been went down hill
This is a very bad place to live... Very bad mice problem
Outside neat and clean. Employees are nice and helpful.
