Monteverde at Renaissance Park

When I tell you the relief I felt after finding this apartment! I felt so overwhelmed trying to find a safe, comfortable home within my budget in south florida but within minutes I knew this was it. I can’t thank my leasing agent Joey enough! He spent a large portion of his day answering me and my parents endless questions, showed us every corner of the property and multiple units, and even let me come back to a unit for the second time in a single day. Thank you for your kindness and I can’t wait to call Monteverde home!

This building is perfect. Moving could be overwhelming. If you're moving to this area check out Monteverde as it is a great place to live. There's a very nice pool area and there is tons of great restaurants right outside your door. It's a peaceful place from what I see . Also there is a parking garage so you don't have to walk through the rain to get in your house. Joey helped me from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and returned all of my phone calls and emails. Joey made this a very easy process. Thank you Joey!

Absolutely one of the best move in experiences I have had. Joey has been nothing short of amazing. I just got here and I feel at home already. While this is how I felt prior to getting into my unit..life has been different since acts moving in. Unfortunately as of today 10/5/2025 I can honestly say that my stay here is very concerning. I am totally at a loss for words as this is the first time I have ever had to experience this. When I came into my leased apartment I was very underwhelmed as it was nothing like the model. It’s not a renovated unit, which is ok however there are areas that simply looks as if it were not cleaned. I submitted requests to address these concerns and although someone came out they did not address the concern which might I add was submitted with pictures. Ok mo

Our experience here so far has been stellar! We initially encountered some logistical challenges on our part during the application process (Totally our own fault), and the office was more than accommodating to us. Sophia and Angie were both spectacular during the process, and Joey was an absolute rock star in helping us finalize things! He's informative, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Thank you for everything, folks! The apartment is very comfortable, and was in great condition when we moved in. Nice, clean and spacious! The ceilings are high, and sound proofing is great. Our unit looks out over Congress and the neighboring restaurants, but the construction does a great job of dampening sounds. Even the sports cars blazing loudly down the road are just a minor inconveni

This place and the layout were amazing!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is in one of the best areas of Boynton Beach in my opinion. Walking distance from Ross, chilis, and some really nice small businesses. Joey helped us and he had such a warm, inviting spirit to him. This was my favorite complex to tour so far!
