Monterrey Vista Apartments

It is a really quiet place and conveniently located near my downtown office. Everyone has been very nice and responsive so far. Kitchen is new and modern and the neighbors seem like good people.

Just moved into these apartments and I’m really liking it so far. The updates are super nice. Brand new cabinets, countertops, and flooring throughout. Everything feels fresh and clean, which is a huge step up from my last place. Plus, it’s super close to downtown, which makes getting around so convenient. Definitely happy I made the move.

The worst management ever! You can’t never speak to someone verbally, only text messages. The lady that responds via text is rude and unprofessional. Charged for pest control but never occurred; had a mice problem. No trash collection, just cameras by dumpsters which probably doesn’t work. Have complained about finding needles and drug packets on ground being that younger kids stay on property but nothing was done. There’s an issue with stray dogs on premises. Also, the plumbing is awful and caused molding in unit. They make up rates when it comes to rent and will try to overcharge you. Stay away from this place and Sisters Properties Management.

I have lived here since November 2017. I like it because of the location and it is pretty affordable- especially for being so close to downtown. Each time I have filed a maintenance request someone has come within a few days and fixed the problem. The new management seems like they are going out of their way to take care of things. They fixed the trash pickup problem and they redid the laundry room. I love it- it's got all new washers and dryers. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. It is a good size.

Great neighbors. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of pretty quick. The location is near downtown so I get to work fast.
