Just got off the phone with the lease agent for this property and she was very rude. I asked her about the balance of my rent because I’ve been paying ahead of schedule rent and it’s not adding up at all. You keep telling me to refer to the portal but it is not telling me or showing me any other information that she is referring to an she kept cutting me off……

I had a fantastic experience with maintenance who came to fix a A/C unit issue in my apartment. They arrived on time, were incredibly polite, and wasted no time identifying the problem. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to explain the process really stood out. They made sure everything was left spotless after the job was done. I'm so relieved to have my A/C unit fixed and highly fast time best maintenance I've seen efficient, friendly, and top-notch service

Jessica the new manager is on top of the issues and the maintenance man (Harry) is quick to fix things. Great communication from Jessica! Friendly yet professional from both the manager and the maintenance. The maintenance man works on the issues and communicates when I have asked what’s going on with an issue. Hopefully, Alejandra- the visiting manager can keep up the quality the on site management team has provided.

I don't want to use my real name because I'm afraid of retaliation the management company is very rude they've changed companies several times over the last year our utility bills are skyrocketing there's no way we should be paying as much as we are so I'm sure they're attacking on their Landscaping laundry the pool water what the owners in insurance for the property there are passed here they don't do great maintenance sometimes not at all we've been waiting for months for repairs I would not recommend anyone to move in here

We are day two into our move-in and haven’t been able to move our belongings in yet. We were approved and didn’t view the property until we received keys. Our first viewing we were meet by at least five roaches in different areas. We asked for someone to check it out. Office sent someone to fog the place. We’ve spent over $80 on baits, powders, sprays, and sealants. Because the fogging did not resolve the bug activity. We went through the entire property sealing all visible cracks and gaps. We’ve spent hours on the roach issue alone. The cabinets were filled with roaches and brown bug poop. Baseboards are covered in brown bug residue too. Air Vents are filthy. Toilets dirty inside and out. They painted over the dirty walls from the previous tenants and that’s about it. Pros: - Helpful
