Monterosso Apartments

The worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The management changes every couple of months and every new team pretends like they know nothing about the issues you’re facing. The place is filthy, infested with roaches, and nothing ever gets fixed. They promise you free months when you sign the lease, but it’s all false advertising — you never get them. And once you move out, they’ll send you to collections without warning or explanation, even if you paid everything. Do NOT move here unless you want your credit ruined and your time wasted.

The apartments are convenience located, the staff were very friendly and willing to assist. They have a great special currently being offered. Recommended.

From the moment I moved in, it’s been one problem after another. • Roaches everywhere – no matter how clean you are, you’ll be fighting bugs every single day. You’ll see them in your apartment, in the hallways . • Constant management changes – they’ve switched management at least 3 times and every new team is worse than the last. No consistency, no accountability. • Broken AC & humidity issues : the air conditioning barely works, which makes the apartment feel like a swamp. The humidity inside is unbearable. • Appliances don’t work – the stove has been broken more than it’s been usable. This place is a scam. Everything looks decent in pictures, but once you’re in, it’s a nightmare. The hallways are always dirty, there’s a cockroach problem in most units, and the office never helps. Worst part? They switch management so often that no one takes responsibility for anything. They told me I had no outstanding balance, then months later I got sent to collections for a ridiculous amount with zero notice. Don’t fall for their “move-in specials” — you won’t get them. After signing my lease I was pressured in writing a 5 star review. I later deleted it. Now that my lease is coming to an end I feel lied to about "luxury apartment" however i pay the luxury price. The 3 reasons I am not happy with Monterosso apartments are 1) the Trash, there's trash outside, I smell trashing walking in. Now that our trash room privileges are taken away (sounds stupid to say) the hallways are full of trash. 2) The bugs, every Tuesday I sign up for pest control but I still a few roaches and silver fish in my apartment. But the hallways are infested. I take it upon my self on the second Floor to buy my own Raid and spray the the roaches I see walking to my room. 3) I can't get a hold of the front office, I wrote in the app and requested a call after being disappointed wit
