Monterey Village Homeowners

Very lowkey overall - neighbors are all decent people but the pool has been out of order for almost a year out of the 2 years I've been here with no sign of it being repaired insight. Just be aware if you're looking to move in for the pool.

I cant wait to move from here, My landlord doesnt fix anything, my kitchen cabinets are falling off the walls, and I always have problems when I have guest here, but I've had it with this place....one evening my mother in law came home with my 8 year old and my mother in law usually has her ID, I guess she had misplaced it that day and tried giving security her work ID to identify herself. Personally I dont see that as a problem? She is on the guess list because I work most of the times and I can not answer. Long story short the lady refused to let my mother in law in, saying it was not a valid ID, and not only that . . she claim to not have my number on file, which is a lie because the front gate has contacted me for the other times I've had other guess. I have live here for 10 + years and over time (each year)the management, the head Board/President's, and Security at the guard gate gets worst and worst, this place is a disgrace, we pay mentanice, and our so called mentanice guy DOSE NOTHING but sits in his red truck all day talking to security. Every now and then a crew comes out to trim the bushes and the pool is dirty & the Jaccuzi is always broken, also beware they tow cars if you don’t have a pass. It really sucks that you get ONE parking space, and if you have two cars in your household!!!I've also notice most of the town homes have a/c or leakage problems (old buildings) and (bad constructive) I remodel and installed my kitchen cabinets because they were so old and weak (of 3 years in living here), Mangement is never helpful, the p
