Monterey Pines Apartments

Jasmine was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was kind, professional, and very welcoming. She took the time to show us everything, answered all of our questions, and gave us really helpful and honest information about the apartments She made the whole process feel easy and comfortable, with no pressure at all. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right place. Thank you, Jasmine for such great service!

So far so good, still waiting to get accepted but Jasmine has been amazing at working with us through the application process. The apartment we toured is big and at a great price.

I lived at Monterey Pines for 2 years and absolutely loved it. Super peaceful and clean. Neighbors mainly kept to themselves, but they were friendly otherwise. Any issues I had to take up with management, James was on it immediately and was resolved well. As a solo woman, I felt very safe in the complex and the area itself. Only damper were the laundry machines-they were often out of order, but given all the positives of the place, that wasn't really a big deal to me personally. I miss living at this place.

I am a fairly new resident here at Monterey Pines, but my experience here so far has been absolutely phenomenal. The kindness, and hospitality that James provides at the office is something completely unmatched to any other apartment complex management I have worked with. If you are still debating on living here, stop now, this is a fantastic place to reside.

My experience this year has been nothing short of extraordinary. Monterey Pines and it's management (James) have provided a safe and fun environment in which to facilitate my growth as a student and a person. Some of the best features of this complex lie in its friendly management, quiet nights, GREAT area, and walking distance grocery stores! From the lovely community to the luscious greenery (providing shade!!), Monterey Pines is the way to go.
