I do not recommend this property management company. The owners are allowed way too much leeway. The owner of the house kept checking on the house and driving by and asked neighbors to look out to see what we would be doing. They also kept our $2000+ deposit to “repaint”. The only things we had on the walls were a few photos and we patched them. We found out the owner had actually repainted the whole exterior of the house because they wanted to and kept our deposit for it. We left the house cleaner than what it was. The original paint when we moved in was not done well and you could see the underlying paint. They tried to say they had someone check to see how much it would be to paint the little spots and was told it would be $3000. They will use any reason and allow owners to take advant
