Montebello Gardens

I do not feel safe living at this apartment complex. A technician who works at the property allegedly set people up broke into my unit through the back bedroom window while I was not home. A lighter torch was used to burn this plastic window and personal documents and sensitive information were stolen. A similar incident also happened to my neighbor. I immediately reported this to the leasing office. Despite the seriousness of the situation and multiple reports, management failed to take appropriate action, did not provide clear answers, and did not ensure tenant safety. This situation has caused extreme stress and fear, and I no longer feel that my home or personal information is protected. We love her positive attitude she was always available to answer all of our questions and processed my application very quickly. She was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place the property is very clean and well maintained.

Can’t say enough good things about Montebello Gardens. Great location, wonderful property managers, quiet and conveniently located. In less than a year this property has made major changes! Our leasing agent, Elizabeth, is very informative and keeps us in the loop. Our maintenance requests are handled thoroughly and in a timely manner!
