I have been a resident at Monte Vista Apartments for about eight years, and it has truly been one of my favorite places to live. What makes the experience even better is the management team. Alejo and Cynthia are incredibly helpful in every way. They are not only supportive, but they are also amazing people who genuinely care about keeping our community beautiful and enjoyable to live in.
I am very Happy to call Montevista my home. The staff here is very friendly and attentive to my needs. Alejo and Cynthia are wonderful and Santos aswell. They have made my stay here very comfortable. I would give 10 stars but Google only lets me give them 5.
Been living here for a year now and I have nothing but good experiences with my neighbors and management team. Cynthia and Alejo are always punctual when it comes to anything being done inside my home or even outside. Definitely a clean and safe environment.
Nice place to live! Management is great & understanding for every situation! Good price compared to the other apartments in the valley! Pet friendly and lots of grass for your fur babies!
I've been living here for a long time and been really happy with the living environment and the responsiveness of the staff. I enjoy the grounds and my living space. My neighbors have become my friends. I see myself here for the next few years.
