Honestly, I’m so impressed with the management team here — especially Camille, the community manager, Niek, the maintenance supervisor, and the assistant manager. They’re incredibly professional, attentive, and always on top of everything. The place is spotless, well-maintained, and truly feels peaceful and welcoming — it genuinely lifts your mood! They treat everyone with kindness and respect, and their dedication is truly rare nowadays. Huge thanks to them for their hard work and amazing attitude! 🌟

I have lived at this apartment complex for over 10 years, and while there are things I appreciate, there are ongoing issues that need to be addressed. First, I want to acknowledge that the office staff are always very nice and helpful when you are able to reach them. Unfortunately, that has become increasingly difficult. The biggest issue recently has been the laundry facilities. For months, the machine used to load laundry cards was out of order, forcing many residents—including myself—to use a laundromat instead. When new washers and dryers were finally installed that allow payment by phone, I was genuinely relieved and hopeful. However, that relief didn’t last long. I walked across the entire complex carrying my laundry, only to find the laundry room locked and the machines not worki

I just moved in at this property. I had a problem with the heater but the assistant property manager Alexis took very good care of me. The heating unit was not functioning and it being very old it was replaced by management the very next day instead of attempting to repair the old unit. They even brought me by a small space heater so I could keep warm in the meantime. Joel does a fantastic job. He taught me about the water heater and adjusted the temp to my preference. So a big shout out to the entire Terramonte management and maintenance staff! Well done! 👏🏽
