Monte View at Pohatcong

I was tired of being a slave to my house and the repairs and grass cutting and hot water problems etc. I saw this community on Zillow and jumped. From start to finish I have been thrilled. The property manager, Brii, always, always----has time for any questions I have and walked us through the application process. She is passionate about her job and I've seen her on the phone, talking to maintenance and fielding residents' inquiries in her office with ease and aplomb . The grounds are meticulously landscaped and walking my dog through them is a pleasure for both of us. The clubhouse and gym are amazing! I think it's all rented but if not, go in and apply. I feel like I'm on vacation in my own apartment!

I have been working with Bri, who is amazing at her job, she took the time to go over all my concerns and gave me real time expectations of the process. I have never experienced a property manager who genuinely cares as much as she does. I can't wait to move in!!

I absolutely love it here ! We moved in about 2 weeks ago & the process was incredibly smooth with no stress & no hassle at all. The leasing staff is phenomenal! They answered all of our questions and were incredibly helpful all the way through. With a HUGE thank you to Bri ! This process wouldn’t have been the same without her. My boyfriend and I are soooo happy to have met her! She’s awesome 👏🏼! Thank you so much Monte View , we’re so happy to call this beautiful property our home!

The manager, Bri at the Pohatcong location is very helpful with ALL concerns. The building is beautiful both inside and out. The amenities make me feel like I’m at a resort. My apartment is loaded with storage, and I love the openness of the layout and my view is spectacular!

We moved into the elevator building , our process was quite simple thanks to our property management BRI she made the transition so easy she’s always ready to offer assistance if any issues arise. The amenities are a plus, I did get to enjoy the club house on the days I work from home. Love it there so far can’t wait to continue calling Monte view home ! !!
