My boyfriend and I have lived here for 3 years and we couldn't be happier to live in this community! The area is quiet, our neighbors are great and our apartment hasn't had any issues that the office and fantastic maintenance guys weren't able to fix. I think they are reasonable in price compared to a lot of other places we were researching before coming here. We especially love the privacy of having our own entrance/front door rather than going through a building with multiple tenants. There's plenty of space for hosting, having the occasional guest sleep over in the spare bedroom and anything else we need.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your kindness, professionalism, and support during my time at Montclair Duplex Apartments. Living at your property has been a wonderful experience, thanks to your prompt responses to maintenance requests and your accommodating nature. I truly appreciate the safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home you have provided. Your fairness and understanding. As we move forward after living here for over 3 years, I will always remember my time here with fondness. Thank you again for being such a great landlord. DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!! The apartment is not worth it. Old inside and dirty from the outside- yet your rent goes up every year. We spent money on apt cleaning and carpet cleaning. We were still charged for cleaning and to replace carpet. If you already live here, don’t waste your money on cleaning your unit when you leave. They will charge you anyway!

This office stealing ppl’s money After i gave them 60 days to move out they still charge me one month just to realese the lease which i paid but after we moved I was surprised they charged me over 2300$ just for cleaning and carpet & paint and extra cleaning (unspecified)they want me to pay for normal wear and tear and their renovation and i don’t have that in my lease either,it says they can olny use my security deposit SMH they do that just to steal your money especialy ur Security deposit 💯 Do NOT Move here DO NOT live here To much humidity and old appartments 🙏

Set up a tour about a month ago, showed up today, the day that it was scheduled, and the leasing agent was rude. Didn’t introduce herself, seemed inconvenienced that she had to show my partner and I the apartment, had an attitude while telling us what the cost breakdown was. The whole 5/10 minute interaction put a bad taste in our mouth we’re not even proceeding with the application. If she was so comfortable being rude during a tour I can’t imagine how she is with tenants.
