Out of all the places I have lived (minus Germany when I was in the Army) for the last 5 years, this by far is the BEST place I have ever lived. It's nice and quiet, the neighbors are friendly, location is perfect. Not too far from Downtown Silver Spring and the Metro. The staff is nice and very helpful. One of the coolest thing is the view from my balcony. I get some of the best cloud shots and love the fact that at any moment you might see some form of wild life. I have NO complaints to give.

SYDNEY JOHNSON IS AMAZING!!! 🥰 She helped me out with ALL of my questions I had and trust me, I had Alotttt. From the starting point to the ending point of me moving in and two months in, I am still asking questions but she was really patient with me and for a new leaseholder , I needed all the help she was providing. I appreciate her so much . The complex is really peaceful ☺️ , parking is not bad at all because there’s always parking and street parking as well. I haven’t seen one tow truck at all. If anybody is thinking of moving here. The maintenance crew are really nice as well and you need that especially if you need them to come into your home and fix whatever the problems are. 5 STARS ⭐️ ACROSS THE BOARD!!!

I felt welcomed to Montclair from my self-guided tour all the way into move-in. Ashley was very understanding of my needs and wants, going out of her way to suggest other units because I didn't love the first unit I toured. Yes, there were time when I had to call the phone several times until someone picked up, but the efficiency the leasing team showed me made me comfortable in my decision to sign a lease. On move-in day, there was a problem with the unit I selected (fully my fault) but the leasing team was quick to reconcile my problem and I was able to move in on the allotted day. Thank you Montclair, I love my neighborhood, amenities, and apartment so far.
