Anne Batteau is friendly and professional and knows the area well. We are so happy with our purchase and so happy to call Buckingham County home now. My husband & I purchased our dream home in July of 2023 through Anne Buteau, a Montague Miller agent. It was truly the best experience we’ve had with a realtor. We had no realtor representing us since we weren’t seriously looking to buy when the house popped up on Redfin but when I saw the place, I knew it was “The One” & Anne graciously agreed to dual-representation (double the work.) She was & is an absolute delight to work with & streamlined the process so we didn’t have to make unnecessary trips to Nelson county from where we were living in Northern VA. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Anne & Montague Miller.

I have never worked with such an unprofessional company. Our realtor Sue Harvey did not go over any information with us and expected us to know everything. When we asked her how we we’re supposed to go about it she stated that we should have known and was quite belittling. This is not our first time buying a home but this is the first time I’ve ever had such an encounter with a realtor. I would not recommend.
