Update 12/26/25: We haven't had hot water for over a week and management has lied to us saying it's fixed and that they are turning it on but it's been days without resolution. ----------------------------------- After five months of paying for a parking spot, management decided to give our paid spot away, claim we were never paying for it and that our car was never registered under the parking spot. I have proof of registration through their towing app yet they won't accept it. They blame a former employee for these mistakes yet they refuse to rectify THEIR mistakes. She represented the leasing office while she worked there just like the new management does now, so they have to resolve this and eat any negative repercussions instead of burdening tenants. I moved here on November 15th and I must the process was soo amazing, first major SHOUT OUT TO MS.Amanda in the front office 👏🏻 she went above and beyond to get me approved and more. I love the fact when I had a praise break on the phone she rejoiced with me 🙏 she worked with my day to come into the office to sign my lease and everything ! Second SHOUT OUT TO MR.GREG I put in a work order for a few things that was broken in my apartment and GUESS WHAT , he came right on over and FIXED it with no problem 😉 👏🏻. also shout out to Ms.Laura too, she helped me with my concern, advised me of why we are experiencing different issues and ensure me she is working to get everything taken care and in fact she is, she was so nice and helpful as well . Sewer backed up into the kitchen sink for a week. Electric outlet for clothes washer has been out for two weeks and not fixed. No laundry room onsite. Gate remotes have been on order for gate for over 6 weeks. Not enough parking to go around, if you get home late, you have to park somewhere else. All guests have to be registered to park or they can get towed. The problem is sometimes it takes hours to get a response from the parking app. Your guests can be towed while they wait . Access walk to the gym is broken for months, only access right now is during office hours thru the main office. If you have a day job you can’t use it. The community communication app doesn’t work. At first they tried acting stupid about the $750 gift cards move in special, when confronted , yes they were produced

I can not stress this enough, do not move here. I've been seeing other reviews saying that their lease renewal was lost and they were charged month to month. The same thing happened to us. We have been without hot water for 4 days now and when we called this morning, Amanda told us that it was in fact fixed, and they just needed to turn the boiler back on. Instead of doing that they left early for the holiday so I'm assuming we wont have hot water until after Christmas. In addition to the other water repairs leaving us without water at all for several days this month alone with little notice. All of this is prefaced with "sorry for the inconvenience" yet no discussion of prorating or anything to actually help the residents affected. On top of all of this our apartment has mold, somethin
