Our realtor was Adrian. We were connected with him through Kaleb. As a first time home buyer you're optimistic and excited to get into your dream home. From the beginning It always felt like we were an inconveniences to them or just not important enough as his other clients. As the agent of the buyer he did not speak to us about of deficiencies of the property, how long the house was on the market, nor why the seller was selling it and did not help us negotiate a good deal. Adrian was not at our closing. They said they (Adrian and Kaleb) would stop by that weekend to make up for not being at our closing and just ended up ghosting us. Very sad this was our experience.

Kaleb has been AMAZING (and his team!!) We were hesitant at first because we were getting a lot of calls from realtors! Kaleb has been patient with us and has gone above and beyond on helping us find a dream home!!! He’s went through every process with us!
