I live at the meranda in Jeffersonville Indiana. The office manager here is absolutely not doing anything around here. She's rude when approached with an issue. Pam is the worst manager I have ever encountered. We have a secure are that we can use at night to stay away from the homeless violence and drugs. The manager here has locked us out of that area because the staff kitchen got broken into. So now she has put us in an even more unsafe situation because some kitchen appliances are more important that the lives of those she is supposed to manage. I'm so tired of hearing from her "call the cops". I came here to live, not provide security while the office manager does nothing. Must of the time the police won't even come. I'm absolutely livid to know how things are going here and everyone

Sylvia has been a delight and amazing apartment manager. Any business will be blessed to have her.

Bad experience with monroe group

If I could give a negative review about Monroe Group corporate office I would with no hesitation. The receptionist who answers the phones has absolutely NO PEOPLE SKILLS what so ever. Even went as far as hanging up on me. She is rude and knows no answers to any questions. Lets hope someone else there at Monroe corporate office has some type of professionalism and could kindly reach out to me so I can resolve my issue. And yes I've already emailed the company and no surprise NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK WITH ME. I don't appreciate the disrespect and that receptionist needs to take some people skill classes and educate herself on how to properly communicate with people.

Been on the wait list for property they have since 2017 just to find out the other day the manager of the apartment deleted me and my gf off the list. Company isn't helpful either they never return calls or answer the phone. They take federal money so they will be answering to the government soon I will make sure of that.
