Do not move here. I lived here for 2 and a half years and the office management turnover rate is horrible. The staff isn’t trained properly so they give out faulty information to tenants and then blame the tenants for the faulty information that was giving out. Quick story right? Was having a baby told management at the time I would gather rent for July and August would be paid late because I would just be coming from maternity leave but the check would come before the end of the month. Management at the time said that’s totally fine just make sure to communicate continuously, she apparently quick and they put an eviction out against me and didn’t acknowledge anything that THEIR previous employee told me! A employee said they would request to send me a link of a partial payment for NOT EVE

Nice apartments, but Need new office staff! I was paying almost $900 a month and could never get any sleep at night, because of all the noise from residents in my building . My son would wake up in the middle of the night crying on different occasions, from all the noise. A lot of night we would stay over family and friends house just to catch up on sleep. I reached out for months about the issue and the staff didn’t care. They only care when you go over their heads. Working 12 hour shifts and coming home, not being able to sleep was horrible, Especially when I became pregnant. The only time the manager ever acted like she cared was when I reached out to corporate. The police is at the apartment complex just as much as the staff. Theirs always a lot of alterations and mess going on at thes

I do not recommend living in this place. My first impression was terrible... the people in the office are racist and have a terrible treatment towards the client. They refused to show me the apartment and practically almost kicked us out of the place, apparently because we are Hispanic. They should improve their staff, otherwise no one will live here.

The only reason I give them a star is because the apartments are nice and new. On the flip side the office staff are very nice when your applying and moving in, but once your in their totally different. Very rude and careless!!! They moved a lot people in on section 8 and let these apartments turn into something else. The kids in the complex tear up, sit on your steps smoking while your trying to get in the house and are outside all hours loud. The police is there all the time. This apartment complex had so much potential but the office staffed move any and everybody in and don’t address none of the issues.

Tenants are horrible. Management is horrible. Apartments was slapped together and they over charge. Rent goes up each year you’re there. My son has had nothing but problems from neighbors and noise. Manager does absolutely nothing. Police are always on the property. It’s like living in public housing with over priced rent. I definitely would not recommend!!!
