Called repeatedly to fix water leak issues on a new home that’s a few years old, would definitely not recommend.

Thought Monmouth Custom Builders was a honest company, but after hiring them to add an addition and the roof leaked year 1,2&3, they fixed all three times. Then 4 years later roof leaking in exact same spot as before!! Call to get it fixed and they gave me the name of the roofer they used but are no longer associated with. I didn’t hire a sub contractor on my addition I hired them and after multiple phone calls I’m stuck paying someone to fix my roof and the ceiling. I thought MCB would stand by their work! Guess not!! Very disappointed in them! :-(

This company built my new construction home. Between them not returning calls, scheduling times and days to come to the house for repairs and never showing up. Their unprofessionalism is astounding. Things only get done when lawyers are involved. The quality of work is rushed and cheap and falls apart quicker than it took to install it. Absolutely horrible to work with. I would NEVER contact them for anything moving forward.

We bought a home that was new construction in 2021. We've been there a little over a year and there are so many areas of poor workmanship that are coming to light. Between grouting falling through the tiles, leaks, cracks in the foundation, and so many other things. And it's not just our home, it's most of the development that they built. You try to contact the lead contractor and you either get a date for them to come and no one ever shows up, he shows up and downplays the situation like you are crazy for even asking for a repair, or no one answers you at all. It's tiring just trying to get the bare minimum from them. I would never recommend them to anyone else. I wish we knew then what we know now.

This company did damage in a community then tried to hide from their responsibility. We gave them every opportunity to do the right thing and they shrunk away from their responsibilities until their client had to threaten legal action. They were offered to repair the damage themselves but refused. It was repaired by the community then they didnt want to pay. Shame on them. Terrible company with NO honor.
