Garbage business run by dinosaurs. DO NOT USE THEM FOR RENTALS. Try Airbnb, VRBO, or VROCNJ. High fees and poorly maintained houses. They do nothing for renters or homeowners.
It's so nice to have a parking lot with the offices at Monihan Realty. Parking can certainly be a big plus, in Ocean City.
The weekly rental was a disgusting place. Damp, musty, and unclean - the realtor was zero help and offered no solutions. I don’t know how you can list a property for rent that is unclean and deceptive photos. Do yourself a favor and use VRBO, AirBNB, or another local realty company.
These folks have a wonderful knowledge of ocean city. Most agents are also local residents. If you're looking to buy or rent in Ocean City, this is the place to go. Very well run office and someone always answers your call
Great experience, walked in on a Saturday and they were very helpful in securing a great rental during our planned vacation.
