The worsttt experience ever cockroaches all over no matter how many times I clean or kill them no hot water for 12 MONTHSSSSS and to finish with there is grown homeless peope sleeping in my porch were my kidssss be playing DO NOT COME LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT

I have been living here since 2020 and everytime I call the office NOBODY answers. You can call multiple times and no one will answer nor call back. I have always had this problem. Its like they block your number or something because they never pick up until you call from another phone. I called from my husbands phone and they picked up very fast. You can have and emergency and they will not pick up. Very bad customer service. I work from 8-5 and i dont have time to stop by the office but seems to me that they never want to answer. LAZY PEOPLE!

If you’re considering moving here—don’t. This place is the definition of neglect, unsanitary conditions, and management indifference. Here's what I went through: 1. Cockroach and Rat Infestation: The entire complex is crawling with pests. My unit was constantly invaded by cockroaches and rats. No matter how much I cleaned, the infestation never went away. 2. Unlivable Kitchen Conditions: The kitchen was in horrible condition. The cabinets were falling apart and completely infested with cockroaches. Cooking in this space felt unsanitary and unsafe. 3. Ok be aware people this apartments are not as safe as you think ! There’s rats all over the buildings and to top it off they have been breakings the cars if you park by the office you will get your car windows broken! Because The Cameras are not even working!!! I don’t even know why the heck they have it!!! They don’t even have a security guard!! And also the AC’s always breaking , the leaking in the closet comes and goes every other week ! This guys are not even specialist in fixing air conditioners!! Ohh! And lastly… you will get your car towed too !! It’s a big headache with this people the ladies working in the offices are not capable of helping! Also people at the pool are always putting loud music in the night at random days!
