Monarch Station

Update 12/29/25 Have now been living here for 7 months and it has gotten worse. Letters are posted on everyone's door about smoking weed and that you have to clean up after your dog. The pet waste stations are not cleaned daily I wouldn't even say they are cleaned weekly, they are always overflowing with the smell of dog poop. The people that live here do not care about this place, they let their pet piss in the hallways and don't clean it up so everyone steps in it and drags it into their own home. We have had issues with our AC from the day we moved in. First it broke and they had to call someone to come out the next day (mind you we had no AC that night and it was our first week here) secondly it was leaking and had a bad odor and third there is now black slimy mold growing on the coil

I love being a resident here at Monarch Station. My BR/2BA apartment is a luxurious rental complete with deep kitchen sick. Counter tops are granite in both kitchen and bathroom. My open floor plan allowed for me to place a nice dual mobile kitchen island/bar seating. Maintenance does a wonderful job with responding immediately to any concerns. The community itself is quiet and clean. The apartment grounds are always kept up to par and the amenities of the gym and modern swim pool are such a beautiful aesthetic but the real gem about living here is the communication from the leasing office, especially Johana Centeno. Johana has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and she is constantly organizing something for the community from Yoga classes to Food trucks to cutest pet of t

I have lived here for many years. Johana at the office is absolutely fantastic and goes out of her way to help in any way she can. She has been one of the big reasons I love living here, she is always getting stuff done in a timely manner with a smile on her face. The maintenance team is so hard working and completes work orders very quickly. The pool and gym are well maintained and the property always looks great. The maintenance team frequently cleans the hallways (bless them) to make sure everything is clean and looking right. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my experience at monarch :)

I have been living at Monarch station for the past 7 years and don’t have any plans on leaving anytime soon. The community is beautiful and very well maintained. The apartments are modern and chic! If there is something dirty or not working it’s on the residents not the maintenance staff bc there is never a day that you don’t see the service team working and trying to keep the community flawless! And for the most part any maintenance issues get fixed within 24 hours. When it comes to the front office, Trisha and Johana are the best! They are always available assist and are very quick to assist you on any issues you may have! Definitely very happy here!

I am living here for 3 yrs from now. The place is amazing. Beautiful external, nice pool area, nice gym if you are not body builder, apartments have shower, bathtub, washer, dryer and it all tile, no carpet. The only complain I have is that my unit is right by Sample rd. So is very noisy. Apart of that the place is very cost benefit.
