Paige was wonderful helping me out to renew my lease. She was friendly to visit with and answered all my questions. Furthermore, I couldn't ask for a better place to live than the Monarch

I recently moved into Monarch on Sunset in Springfield. The leasing manager Russell is kind, welcoming and efficient. The apartment was in perfect condition upon move in. The building is clean and the grounds, common areas and pool are maintained daily by the maintenance staff. The parking is ample and cameras are in use on the grounds. The dog park is clean and adequate for my 3 little dogs. There are multiple sitting areas around the property with fireplaces which I know I will enjoy in the winter. The building is well sound proofed. I dont hear much of anything from the neighbors around me. There is fresh ground coffee and tea in the foyer for you on your way out too! This community is top notch! Thank you Russell and Monarch for a great move in experience!

I recently moved in to Monarch Apartments and I couldn't be happier. The property is very well-kept and in a gated community with security patrol. The amenities are amazing (saltwater pool, hot tub, pickleball court, putting green, dog park, fitness center, pool table in the common area, etc.) and you certainly can't beat the location with close access to restaurants and shops! But what really makes Monarch a top notch & wonderful place to live is the Property Manager (Russell). My initial inquiry about the property, as well as the move-in process was met with professionalism and impeccable customer service (something you don't receive from people as often nowadays, unfortunately). Russell was welcoming from the get-go, is quick to respond to any questions I may have and always greets you

I truly can’t say enough good things about Russell & his team at The Monarch. From the moment I applied, they made the entire process feel so easy and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents — every question I had was answered quickly and kindly, and move-in was completely seamless. It’s rare to feel this supported when finding a new home, but they really go the extra mile. I’m so grateful to be here!

The Monarch is wonderful. The staff has helped us with everything from customizing the apartment for individual needs to adding amenities that would improve quality of life. The apartments are newer and they've been well-maintained too. The pricing was also great when comparing features, square footage, and amenities to other apartments in the area.
