Monarch Mills Apartments

Set up an online appointment and when my mom and I showed up for the tour the agent didn't seem happy to see us. She said no one told her we were coming. She gmdragged through tour and questions but was very friendly to two people I'm assuming were other staff or residents. Showed us the regular apartments even though we asked to see the senior apartments. Kept trying to hand us an application even though I told her that we filled one out online. Called a couple of times (no answers) and sent a couple of emails to which I got an automatic responses that someone would get back to us and no one ever did. This would have been perfect for my mom and right in her budget.

My wife and I were vary interested in renting here, but there are three things that turned us away from moving here. #1. The Front office care has been awful i took three tours with this property with three different folks from the office and all three times, they were cold, unfriendly, uninviting, barely communicative, some were unprofessional texting or taking calls ordering pizza while guests are waiting for them to talk to them. I really don't know where this property is finding there workers but it can't be too hard to find people willing to be respectful, welcoming and put on a fake smile if they have to. #2. the communication here is awful. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone, and even if you leave a voice mail or email, it will be weeks before they respond if not a

I was on the wait list since 2018,I been calling in checking my status and also updated my info.no one never contacted me.2 weeks ago I was told I was removed from the waiting list because they couldn’t reach me. Thats the farthest from the truth.now I been calling trying reach regional management ,I been calling leaving messages and I keep being told that the manager is going call me back on certain days and I never get that call.this whole experience has been very unprofessional and I truly cannot believe how I’m being handled.

I have been at Monarch Mills for about 4 years and there only a couple people still around in the office. Mr. Charles is the glue to the community, he help you at any time of day. He works sun up to sun down. If he can’t fix it, he will get a contractor out here to fix it. Mr. Charles is the best maintenance man on the property. Angel is also a good helper in the office. Always very professional when you go to the office. Monarch can use some apartment upgrades but overall a cool community.

Nice property but not worth the hassle of trying to move here. I applied and it wasn’t until almost 2.5 weeks before I was able to get in touch with someone. Once I spoke with someone they informed me that after I applied “ there was no apartment available “ AFTER they gladly accepted my money and application was I given that information. I was NEVER contacted after applying to let me know anything.,. The absolute worst communication and professionalism, it took me this long to write and review. Sucks because I really was looking forward to a better experience than most have written about.
