Our experience with Monarch has been excellent from the very first day. The manager, Marcela, and her team are truly outstanding: always kind, attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. The maintenance team is just as wonderful they work with joy, friendliness, and a positive attitude that really makes a difference. The common areas of the building are always spotless, clean, and spectacular, reflecting the care and dedication with which this community is managed. I’ve had such a great experience living at Monarch! The leasing office staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything I need. The entire community is kept so clean and well maintained, which really makes it a comfortable living environment. The amenities at Monarch are fantastic—from the gym and pool to the shared spaces and study rooms, everything is modern, convenient, and always in great condition. I truly enjoy living here and would highly recommend Monarch to any student looking for a comfortable and inviting place to live in gainesville!

One of the most frustrating parts about living here is how badly the management treats residents. The conditions are already bad: flooding apartments, mold in closets, roaches, and even opossums inside the building ?! (Look at review photos) The pool is constantly dirty or closed, and don't even think about going after hours. Steph may make it her personal mission to find you and fine you! Basic amenities are neglected and there's always a power outage. But when people leave honest reviews, management responds by being dismissive and condescending rather than fixing any issues.
