Monarch at Ridge Hill

Buyer beware when looking to purchase a condominium unit from Rushmore at Monarch. Rushmore is selling condominium units with broken HVAC systems. If you really want to purchase a condominium unit at Monarch and live at Ridge Hill, please buy from a private owner, the Rushmore units are former rentals. If you don’t want to buy , you are better off renting an apartment at Miroza. I’ve been a condo owner since 2019 and having to live under a Rushmore unit line has been a nightmare. the Rushmore unit HVAC was leaking into my unit causing damage to my electrical panel , ceiling , hardwood floor, and HVAC system. Other than that living at Ridge Hill is pretty convenient.

I tried to call 10 times and emailed to try to schedule a viewing of apartments. These people are the worst and Do Not return my emails or calls. How do you expect to get new tenants if you never answer the phone and ALL calls are forwarding to an answering service?

I found an apartment I liked in their building, and after almost a week of them asking crazy requests for things that were not needed(buying time) everything was agreed on. The management emailed back after every request was completed and said that they have a better offer from someone else and wanted more money out of me. Keep in mind they asked me for an entire years rent upfront which i was ready to pay. Overall, run by a deceiving management that wont hold true to any promise they make. Stray away from this property.

Dont even bother applying - all they do is give you a run around… chasing the agent around for responses to messages & calls, you can have all the income & credit & they will still not approve you, seems like they have some “perfect tenant” they are searching for

Would love it if the gym’s water fountains could get fixed.. it’s been almost a year..
