Monaco Row Apartments

We couldn’t say better things about Monaco Row. We lived there for about two years and did resign a lease, we’ve lived in 4 other apartment buildings and this has been the best so far. The maintenance staff is great, Louie specifically was always attentive and sweet, he loved our pups too! The team was always compassionate. We will miss it. The area is great, parking isn’t too pricy, and any issues were always handled efficiently.

I have found my forever home. Hannah and Luis have been nothing but amazing, the views are incredible, the response time for any concerns, which are rare, is exceptional, and the community is quiet and respectful. My neighbors are kind and I love watching all of the dogs enjoying their walks along the path behind us. My life was turned upside down in an instant when I lost my home with a yard filled with old trees, and a beautiful garden. Then I found my new home filled with light, gorgeous mountain views, beautiful landscaping and a chance to start over again. Thank you to the team at Monaco Row for helping me find a safe space to begin a new chapter in my life. 🌳🏡

Natalie, Kellin and the entire RedPeak on-site Management team at Monaco Row are INCREDIBLE!! I truly cannot speak highly enough of how accommodative, proactive, and helpful they have been. The previous owners/management left both me and them a number of significant issues. Even though it wasn't their fault, they made everything right from Day 1 and have continued to deliver the best, most friendly service I've ever encountered in an apartment/housing situation. Before they took over, I couldn't wait to move out soon enough, and now I am genuinely sad I need to move for a new job in a few months. LOVE YOU GUYS!!

This review is long overdue. I moved out at the beginning of September and promised Sally, Hannah and Luis I would write a stellar review because they all deserve it. Yet, life got away. My apologies for the delay, now let me sing the praises. I lived in Monaco Row for a 15-month lease and would've extended it were it not for the economy. Each day was a joy to live here. Let's start with how well-made and quiet the apartments are. I lived in 34-304. The best apt in the area. Why? It's the only building with only 4 people in that flight of stairs. It was me, my neighbor and 2 below us. I rarely saw my neighbors but they were kind enough. The boon is how insulated and built these are. You will not hear much from your neighbor unless they are having a wild party or it's midnight and you are

Lived here for 3 years and are so happy. Great front office staff, great and timely maintenance staff, and the apartments are QUIET. We have a newborn and I was so nervous about my neighbors hearing him, but they haven't heard a peep. We live on the third floor and have incredible west facing mountain views. We painted, added our own lighting, and added shelves to our garage. All with nothing but support from the property management. Also, the staff here are wonderful. When our dog passed away, the staff were so kind and supportive. They even paused pet rent during his final month out of compassion. When we had our baby, they gave us a giftcard to help welcome him. They truly care about their residents. I use the amenities frequently too. Gym is small but rarely crowded. The pool is year
