**CLICK THE PHOTOS LINK JUST UNDER MY NAME** I am a current - 2 year+ resident of Monaco Park. The following has been my experience. I would call my experience below average. *Floor Plan Quality: 2/5 - with a fireplace in both the townhouse and single bedroom, unique and functional designs with the townhouse having a brick wall and the single bedroom having a carpet to faux wood floor flow. Another complaint, our balcony has rusty nail heads and warped, aged wood. Maintenance: 1/5 - With the exception of a light bulb (not kidding) was fixed on the first call. The dishwasher in our single bedroom has had a main wash dysfunction since we moved in 1 year ago. I've had someone in our apartment FOUR times and they won't fix it. Great Apartments/TownHouses! They have a Dog park Area so the Dogs can run around, and a Dog washing station. They Have a pickle ball Court, and a Very nice pool. My only issue is that the Laundry mat only uses Coins. Other than that, it's great!

Edited..... The office will work with you if you have credit problems. The maintenance personnel are awesome. There are two laundry mats that are open 24/7. The prices are very reasonable. There is a pool behind the office. I don't know if all apartments have one, but when I found out there was an ice maker in our freezer, I got very excited! I want to add to this review. I woke up to the heater not working properly (55°) so we called emergency maintenance. Matt came out within 5 minutes. He was able to fix it with a fuse. We had to call him back because the cold side in the master bathroom was not working, although we had it dripping all night and he brought over a space heater to help with the issue. Maintenance is more than awesome! Thank you Matt so very much!!

The online application and lease paperwork were very convenient. On moving day, everything was ready for me here. The apartment is bright, clean and in excellent condition. The location is good, being near three of Tulsa's major roads.

Going on 3 years living here.I still love it. Its very quiet here. Did I say quiet??! And I love my upgraded apartment !The landscaping is nice. A lot of amenities! We have a place for gardening, a dog wash and 2 pools and one just for the adults!The office staff are very nice! -The new management doesn't make you less than, if only the security gate would work.From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
