I lived at the Edgecumbe terrace apartments for three years. It was nice moving in as they had redone the interior. It's a great location. Unfortunately, the owners are difficult to work with. I had an issue with my air conditioning unit and sent pics of how it was 85 degrees in my apartment and the temp on the air con unit was going up and down and they accused me of photo shopping the pictures. The windows leak and, if God forbid you open them in the winter, they freeze open. They are difficult to turn on the heat until they legally have to do so. They also used over half my security deposit to replace the entire living room carpet (at least that is what they told me) due to a stain on the carpet. Even more, they decided to raise the rent by over 10 percent claiming they would suff

I lived here for 2 years. While it doesn't have amenities, it was quiet and clean. I would rent again

Tom is super helpful and understanding. He is very straight forward.
