Returning from vacation to water through the ceiling and mold all the way down to our carpet was awful. We found Daniel thru a known local contractor. He made time to evaluate the very next day. Thoroughly investigated the site, even took cultures, then removed all affected areas revealing a hole in the roof! Sent his roofer the next day who patched that. He then provided fans, HEPA filters and dehumidifier. Arranged drywall reinstallation with painting thereafter. He communicated each step. Whole team showed up when he said they would.
