Well I'm back for my 5th time. My place is remodeled with an addition all on one floor. I have friendly neighbors so far but they need to clean the place up and bring it back to how it used to be. Peaceful and safe for the children.

Very nosey management and workersThey put their noses in where they don’t belong It’s supposed to be affordable housing to help get you on your feet, but they charge you for routine maintenance. They’ll tow your car on a whim ,when others get away with same infractions Once they’ve decided that you aren’t their “favorite “ , I’ve seen them go out of their way to make it rough for you I don’t even live there.. I used to a long time ago, when it was a nice place. Now my children and their mother live there,unfortunately and it’s just becoming a not so good place Not to mention even worse things Like maintenance taking brides and moving Ex Cons into Elderly Peoples houses and telling them that they gotta “Deal With It” Seem countless Elder Abuse Violations Rents being raised when income

I've lived here for most my life uhh... Yeah no.

Affordable subsidized living... clean grounds... Helpful community..Close to downtown and parks...

Nice walk on good side walks.
